k9pkr ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player, visitor, and user who accesses the k9pkr Platform at k9pkr.org. k9pkr does not collect special category data (such as biometric, health, religious, or political data) as part of its standard operations. Where document-based identity verification requires the submission of a CNIC or passport image, that data is processed solely for KYC compliance purposes and handled in accordance with Section 11 of this Policy.

How We Use Your Personal Data

k9pkr uses personal data for the following specific purposes. Each purpose is matched to a lawful basis as described in Section 4:

• Account Registration & Management: To create and maintain your k9pkr account, verify your identity, and manage your profile settings and preferences.
• Transaction Processing: To process deposits and withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer, and to maintain accurate financial records.
• Platform Delivery: To provide access to casino games, sports betting markets including PSL cricket, Teen Patti, slots, and arcade titles, and to ensure the Platform functions correctly on your device.
• Regulatory Compliance: To fulfil our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and responsible gaming regulations, including age verification and source-of-funds checks.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorised account access, bonus abuse, and money laundering on the Platform.
• Responsible Gaming Monitoring: To monitor player activity for indicators of problem gambling and to apply responsible gaming interventions where appropriate, including deposit limits and self-exclusion.
• Customer Support: To respond to your queries, complaints, and account-related requests submitted through live chat or email.
• Platform Improvement: To analyse aggregated and anonymised usage data to improve the k9pkr Platform, optimise game performance, and enhance the overall player experience.
• Marketing Communications: To send you promotional emails, bonus notifications, and Platform updates — only where you have opted in to such communications and subject to your right to opt out at any time.

Legal Basis for Processing

k9pkr processes personal data only where a valid legal basis exists under applicable data protection law. The primary legal bases on which k9pkr relies are as follows:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between k9pkr and the player — including account creation, transaction processing, and Platform access — is necessary for the delivery of the k9pkr service.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable law, including AML regulations, KYC requirements, and licensing conditions imposed by k9pkr's international gaming licence, is carried out on the basis of legal obligation.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, Platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and aggregated analytics is carried out on the basis of k9pkr's legitimate interests, provided those interests are not overridden by the player's fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing for optional marketing communications is carried out solely on the basis of the player's freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, which may be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing or contacting the support team.

Sharing Your Personal Data

k9pkr does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

• Payment Service Providers: Financial data is shared with payment processors — including the operators of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank integrations — solely to execute deposit and withdrawal transactions on your behalf.
• Identity Verification Providers: Identity data and supporting documents are shared with third-party KYC and AML screening providers to fulfil mandatory verification obligations under k9pkr's licensing conditions.
• Fraud Prevention Services: Technical and behavioural data may be shared with fraud detection providers to identify and prevent unauthorised account activity and financial crime on the Platform.
• IT Infrastructure & Hosting Providers: Personal data is processed on secure servers maintained by k9pkr's infrastructure providers, all of whom are contractually bound to process data only on k9pkr's instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
• Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities: k9pkr will disclose personal data to competent regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, or courts where required to do so by applicable law, a valid legal order, or our licensing obligations — without prior notice to the player where legally required.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of k9pkr's business, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to that entity assuming equivalent data protection obligations.

Section 6

International Data Transfers

k9pkr operates under an international gaming licence and may process or store personal data on servers located outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide a level of data protection equivalent to the standards applicable in the player's jurisdiction, k9pkr will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place before the transfer takes place.

Appropriate safeguards for international transfers include standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms. A copy of the applicable safeguards may be requested by contacting the k9pkr support team at the address provided in Section 14.

Section 7

Data Retention

k9pkr retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by applicable law and licensing conditions:

• Account & Identity Data: Retained for a minimum of five years following account closure, as required by AML and KYC record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the relevant transaction, in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements.
• Support Communications: Retained for a period of three years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required in connection with an ongoing dispute or investigation.
• Technical & Usage Logs: Retained for a period of 12 months from the date of generation, after which they are anonymised or securely deleted.
• Marketing Preferences: Retained until the player withdraws consent or requests deletion, at which point marketing processing ceases immediately.

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised data — which can no longer be linked to any individual — may be retained indefinitely for Platform analytics and reporting purposes.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

k9pkr uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage objects) to operate the Platform, maintain player sessions, and improve the overall user experience. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your k9pkr account and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Used to remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred payment method, and display options. Disabling these cookies may affect the personalised experience on the Platform.

k9pkr does not use third-party advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioural profiling technologies on the Platform. You can manage cookie settings at any time through your browser's cookie management tools. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from accessing your k9pkr account.

Section 9

Your Data Rights

As a k9pkr player, you have the following rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact the k9pkr support team as described in Section 14.

k9pkr will respond to all data rights requests within 30 days of receipt. Where a request is particularly complex or numerous, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, and you will be notified accordingly. k9pkr reserves the right to request proof of identity before processing a data rights request.

Section 10

Children & Minors

The k9pkr Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. k9pkr does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is applied at the point of registration and during the KYC process to enforce this restriction.

Section 11

Security Measures

k9pkr implements a comprehensive suite of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• End-to-end SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the player's device and the k9pkr Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data fields — including identity documents and financial references — at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms;
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to only those k9pkr staff members who require it to perform their job functions;
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent security specialists;
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for access to k9pkr's internal administrative systems;
• Continuous monitoring of Platform infrastructure for anomalous activity and security incidents;
• Staff training on data protection obligations and information security best practices.

Notwithstanding these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. k9pkr cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal data transmitted to or from the Platform. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to players' rights and freedoms, k9pkr will notify affected players without undue delay in accordance with applicable breach notification requirements.

Section 12

Third-Party Services

The k9pkr Platform may contain references to third-party services — including payment gateways such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa — that operate under their own separate privacy policies. k9pkr is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers, and players are encouraged to review the relevant third-party privacy policies before sharing personal data with those providers.

k9pkr does not embed third-party social media plugins, advertising networks, or external analytics services that would enable those third parties to independently collect data about k9pkr players without k9pkr's knowledge or control. All third-party integrations on the Platform are subject to a contractual data processing agreement with k9pkr.

Section 13

Amendments to This Policy

k9pkr reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect players' privacy rights or the way in which their data is processed — k9pkr will provide advance notice of the changes via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or structural reorganisation that does not change the substance of the Policy — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of the k9pkr Platform following the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes the player's acceptance of those amendments. Players who do not accept the revised Policy should contact the support team to arrange account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
