Platform Rules & User Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k9pkr governing your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, gameplay, and all related services. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the k9pkr platform.

k9pkr is strictly a 21+ platform. Registration is prohibited for any individual under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory and enforced at all stages of onboarding. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one k9pkr account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — by device, IP address, payment method, or identity document — k9pkr reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated winnings.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by k9pkr are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. k9pkr reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
k9pkr processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer are accepted subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated on the cashier page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their k9pkr login credentials. k9pkr will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity performed under a player's account credentials is considered authorised unless the player has formally reported a compromise to support.
Players may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the k9pkr support team or using the self-exclusion tools available within account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. k9pkr will not reinstate a self-excluded account before the expiry of the exclusion period under any circumstances.

By accessing the k9pkr Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with k9pkr's Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or services.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the k9pkr Platform. Continued use of any part of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
k9pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or via a notice displayed on the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
Section 3
To register a k9pkr Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. k9pkr reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any time to verify the information provided.
Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. k9pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where inaccurate registration data is identified, and to void any winnings accrued from such Account.
Registration of more than one Account per player is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared device, IP address, payment instrument, identity document, or any other identifying factor — k9pkr reserves the right to close all such Accounts without prior notice.
Section 4
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your k9pkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
k9pkr will never request your Account password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from k9pkr that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
You agree to notify k9pkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received and your Account is formally secured, any activity performed under your Account credentials will be treated as authorised by you.
k9pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the k9pkr support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Section 5
k9pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits are credited to your k9pkr Account Balance in real time or within the processing window specified for the relevant payment method. k9pkr does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in the Account holder's own name.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by k9pkr's finance team following a formal request. Processing times vary by payment method and are specified on the cashier page.
k9pkr applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all transactions. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification and source-of-funds checks before processing. k9pkr reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where AML or fraud concerns are identified.
k9pkr does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank — may apply their own fees, for which k9pkr bears no responsibility.
Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes filed with a payment provider in respect of deposits made to k9pkr constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. k9pkr reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account and seek recovery of any funds so reversed, including any winnings generated from the disputed deposit.
Section 6
k9pkr offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply across all k9pkr promotions:
Section 7
All games and betting markets available on the k9pkr Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
k9pkr's Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently tested and certified by third-party auditors to ensure fair and random outcomes. Results generated by certified RNG systems are final and cannot be altered by k9pkr or any third party after the fact.
In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, game freeze, or platform outage — k9pkr's standard procedure is to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the player's Account Balance. k9pkr is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
k9pkr reserves the right to impose stake limits, restrict access to specific game types, or apply account-level betting limits at its reasonable discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes or where unusual betting patterns are identified.
Section 8
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k9pkr Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension and may be permanently excluded from the Platform, with any Balance and pending winnings forfeited:

All content on the k9pkr Platform — including but not limited to the k9pkr name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of k9pkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
Any unauthorised use of k9pkr's intellectual property — including reproduction of the k9pkr brand, logo, or game content on any third-party website, application, or marketing material — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
Section 10
k9pkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between k9pkr and each registered player. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
k9pkr may share player data with third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification agencies, and fraud prevention services — where necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil regulatory obligations. k9pkr does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by k9pkr, subject to the retention requirements imposed by applicable law and k9pkr's AML obligations. Data requests should be directed to the support team at the contact address provided in Section 15.
Section 11
k9pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools directly accessible from the player's Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
k9pkr is a strictly 21+ platform. Any player who believes they may have a gambling problem is encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their Account settings or to contact the support team for immediate assistance. Self-exclusion requests are actioned without delay and cannot be reversed before the expiry of the selected exclusion period.
k9pkr applies responsible gaming checks as part of its standard onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes. Where player behaviour indicators suggest potential harm, k9pkr may proactively contact the player, apply account restrictions, or require completion of a responsible gaming assessment before permitting further activity.

Section 12
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k9pkr's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
k9pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether or not k9pkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
k9pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network conditions, and third-party service failures may affect Platform availability. k9pkr will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude k9pkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by k9pkr's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Section 13
k9pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect a player's rights or obligations — k9pkr will provide notice of the changes via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
Non-material amendments — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the k9pkr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.
Section 14
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k9pkr holds its operating licence.
In the event of any dispute between a player and k9pkr, the player should first contact the k9pkr support team to seek an informal resolution. k9pkr is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. The support team will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body designated under k9pkr's licence. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
